My data, however, suggest a more routine activities approach to crime prevention strategies (Cohen and Felson, 1979); the first step in formulating and implementing such policies involves knowing how rule-breaking behavior is conducted (see Wright and Decker, 1994). My data suggest that cheating is either done solitarily or collusively. In the latter instance, paying attention to rituals of hindu, in-class group dynamics (i.e., individuals who sit and congregate together) may serve as invaluable intelligence in spotting cheaters. Teachers may want to be especially alert to recurring patterns of behavior (touching one's nose, head etc.) from health insurance students during in-class examinations.
